Have tried both the number you recommended and the Gold card line and they claim there is no list!

Gold card line said that paddington staff may not be familiar with the coupons (cynical me says they couldn't be bothered!). Both said to try at the airport as it's normally done when you check in (contrary to what is says on the coupon).

I will try to get to LHR for my bmi flight early, but work has to be done first
