The renewal fee just posted for my personal plat.

Called in 4 times and was basically told there's no offers showing up on my account; tried various scenarios like "reevaluating my card portfolio and would like to close" to "have no use for priority pass lounges and air credits" to "centurion lounge hours don't work for me".

One of the agent even suggested that no offers may be showing as I already have the gold card as well and their system doesn't suggest downgrades to two tiers - is this true?

Another agent also suggested calling back a few days/a week later to see if anything pops up on their systems - what's the likelihood of an offer appearing on my profile?

Also, would it be because it's just the first year for renewal so there aren't any offers?

For reference, account is one year old and first amex card to be opened in the US; spend was a little over 34k on just the plat and I do want to keep the card but would like some additional incentives if possible.
