Back to the subject, is it me or has being a HH gold doesn't mean anything anymore? For the past year or so, i get irratated with something at aaHilton chain for one reason or another about 10-15% of my visits. Never enough for me to voice my opinion but I really needed that late check-out today.
I was given a late check-out of 1230 today. An extra 30 min WOW. I asked if that can be stretched to 1 and she denied me and didn't even offer for me to pay for more time. Just said another guest check in online and choose that same room.
Fair play my friend, we have all done it, myself I normally wait until breakfast and approach the front desk and ask politely, it normally works for me.
