I actually found an agent quite happy to talk to me about this during a weather disruption. My MO was always to apologize for this being annoying to get better service before the "I'm only supposed to check a few of these" comes. This agent responded back and said "she was happy for the break from angry people with WX issues"
I am no longer Diamond and ironically I find that the PLT agents are much more accommodating in the searches
