CWT will be able to retrieve the now historical PNR by appending -P to the display entry. If you can get someone in the office where the flight was booked to enter *ABCDEF-P into Sabre (ABCDEF being the record locator), they will be able to see the ticket number. Not many agents know this feature, so you might have to mildly push them towards believing you. ;-)
