Citibank offers a number of discounts through its "world privelges" program --see the link on this page for more info:

I've held one of the deals -- a 300MYR rate at the Ritz Carlton in KUL that includes an upgrade and breakfast for two.

I have a citibank credit card, but not one that's been issued in Asia...do you think I'll run into trouble with this promotion?

I booked it by entering the "PKG" code on the Ritz Carlton page.
