Funny, I had qualified for Ambassador Status in 2017 and I never heard a peep from anyone in 2018 maybe I had and Ambassador maybe not. But the kicker is in 2018 I had 130-ish qualified nights but hadn't spent the $20,000 to qualify for "Ambassador Status" via Marriott and although Marriott "upgraded" the status of everyone under Platinum Premier/ Titanium to next status level, I was not upgraded to Ambassador Status because according to Marriott I could only qualify by spending the $20,000.... IDK I feel the Ambassador Status is joke anyways but who knows maybe the joke is on me lol
