It is not a subset either, as it is possible to clear a GPU immediately when I0. However, I space remains a reasonably accurate proxy.. I would surprised if your GPU does not eventually clear.
It’s the same for O. I have cleared into F from Z (back when this was working) on an F8A6O0 flight (several months out, so not within the 2 week window). So it’s not totally clear how this works.
