Just got back from AUH-CGK at the weekend. Managed to squeeze a day in JOG with separate extra Lion Air low-cost for £41 ... well worth it for Borobudur temple, Mount Merapi and Prabanan (another temple) and I can recommend a car and driver for £25 for the whole day
