I’ve never experienced such a refusal on any other carrier, and would be less than happy if it were to happen to me on a BA flight.
We were a bit fed up, yes. My husband seems to think I'm some sort of expert on all things BA, mainly due to this forum and was asking me if that was normal, which I didn't know.
