Depending on the time of the day, on how much luggage you have, etc. etc. etc. If you can be more specific, it'll help. The walk from Ebisu station is a tad long if you have suitcases. I'd suggest the limousine bus because it's door-to-door and you don't need to worry about reading signs or getting directions, etc.
