Looks like you don't say from where you want to fly.

The main problem will be finding space for award tickets or upgrades. You should not be too picky and grab anything good/reasonable what you can find.
Also using miles for economy tickets is not a good way, same for upgrades on most programs. You will be better off looking for award space directly.
