I’ve had this happen several times, has anyone else got a similar experience? I book flights, select seats and proceed to payment. When all is set, I receive a confirmation email with completely different seats. Then I need to wait for the ticket to be issued (usually within minutes) and go to MMB to reassign the seats that I want. It’s nothing big but it sure is annoying.
It happened to me twice last week. First I thought I had made some mistake myself during booking process but after the second one I realized it has to be an IT problem.
Quite irritating especially as I didn't notice it immediately the first time. Only when checking in I found out the exit row I chose during booking was not available anymore and I had to settle with some 28Ö. The email booking confirmation had the wrong seat from beginning though so now I just have to check the confirmation email more carefully.
