With the 777 the further back you go the more noticeable the engine noise (and it is lound). The mini cabin is the best place to be seated if in biz class. If you can't get two windows, 12A/D would be a good choice. The two centre seats are not that conducive to talking (at least not comfortably, or in a manner that won't disturb your fellow passengers).
