I’m in exile while my home goes through mold remediation, demo and reconstruction. I packed plenty of clothes and only one bottle of liquor. In the mood for a change, I bought a bottle of The Macallan 12 year double barrel. If I’m honest with myself, I’d say it’s too smooth. I will try a second tasting tonight after I finish this beer.
