LGA diabetic lunch is the chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy in the foil holder for lunch (maybe dinner too) but there are no shrimp app to ORD due to a shorter flight length.
my diabetic kunch from LGA yesterday was disgusting. I sent it back and fortunately was able to get the grilled chicken salad.
