Which seats? - 32B-Airbus A321

I'm in "F". I either can have the bulkhead or last row. Seat guru says there is limited leg room in the bulkhead or limited recline in the last row. Is this correct?
If so then I guess I'll have to decide the lesser of the 2 "evils".
