I have a U.S. passport, ABTC card, and Thai non-imm B [business visa]. I enter Thailand at least a half-dozen times a year, both through BKK and DMK, and have never, as in NEVER, had a problem using the ABTC entry queues.

It makes me wonder why you are encountering such problems.
