Sorry if this has been asked before. Purchased a business class ticket and it says it is economy for the first segment of the trip since there is no business class on that plane. I was wondering if you are supposed to get the preferred seats at no cost or if you still have to pay extra for them? Online, it only gives me the option to buy them, not complimentary.

Also, since I paid and travelling on a business class ticket, can I still have lounge access even though I will be seated in economy for the first flight?
