Was wondering if selecting seats 11J and 11L, which are in the back row of Premium Economy might be a better choice as they farther from the bathrooms and galley, and apparently have full recline with no one behind. In the front row you have a bulkhead (no underseat stowage) , but leg rests.
In the aft row, you have a bulkhead and may in fact have limited recline. SeatGuru chart below (beware SeatGuru sometimes isn’t accurate, and in this case makes speculative notes about recline “may” be impaired or “may” be subject to lav or galley noise - I tend to trust our members over SeatGuru’s notes).
