From what I've experienced flying international/business gets you in the lounge, just not sure of that holds true for shorter business trips on points.
Sorry, no access based on a Business Class ticket between CUR and the U.S. Flights between the Caribbean and the U.S. are not qualifying international flights for Admirals Club access.
