How quickly we forget that it was the RIGHT-WING CONSERVATIVE anti-abortion extremists who perfected the 2-bomb technique. Bomb #1 attracts attention, brings in the highly-trained and macho bomb squad and causes the evacuation of building occupants into a confined, predetermined evacuation area. Bomb #2 is located in said evacuation area and is the killer.
