Current system is out of this world. Platinum is introduced like top tier but Plat members not getting upgrades, waitlisted for months and getting missed upgrades. No, no, no!

Something must be changed. Plat Levels and number of top tiers or then quaranteed upgrades only for highest booking classes which would be quite fair play for everyone.
