So I ended up staying at the Westin with my kids this time instead of the Ritz (my wife and I stayed there last time).

Both were nice hotels, the kids loved the pool and the beach so they would have been happy at either.

In general though I liked the Ritz better personally. The food choice there is much better (but a lot more expensive), and there are more free activities bundled in the resort fee (well not really free) for all ages. We did get a bigger room for less at the Westin however.
