Is there a limit to how early I can check a bag for a domestic flight on Garuda at CGK? I arrive on a separate flight/airline at 16:00, but my flight out on Garuda is not until midnight.

Is there a transfer desk after immigration, or do I need to go to the departure area? I will be arriving in T3, but on ANA.
