How long does it take to receive a new card these days? Nowhere in the application process does it say when a new card will be mailed to me.

Update: I logged in to my TT account and saw a notification dated today - an approval letter which says I will receive my new card within 3 weeks. I didn't get an email notification, though. My GE renewal is still pending.
