The seat map is not a programming error; it accurately reflects the seats available for pre-assignment (which, as you said, is not at all a good indicator to what happens to a given flight).
The airport comments showing "none" is an aa.com programming error, as the source material clearly said "OVR FRA TO ORD ETA1930 REMARKS BUSINESS CLASS LAVS" and that text should have displayed in aa.com in the Frankfurt box airport comments (it was coded as 1FRA/).
