When I passed through Terminal 4 in April, the first lounge was closed for renovation and we were told to use the Club lounge upstairs. And Concorde was departing from that lounge at the same time. So in the club lounge (which is smaller than the club lounge in Terminal 1 anyway) there were all the Club passengers, the first passengers and a flight of Concorde passengers. Definitely not peace and quiet. Didn't notice whether the "closed" signs indicated an expected completion date.
