Sorry hfly, but if there's one thing I know, its the BA fleet... my numbers were from memory but are a couple of months out... so I looked up the current ones just for you :-

BA has 10 archaic A320s (the -100s without winglets, inherited from Caledonian order), they are G-BUSA thru G-BUSK.

BA has (currently delivered) 17 new build A320s, they are G-EUUA thru G-EUUR. They have the power points. So, more than 16 delivered in the last 2 years, but only one more...

BA also has (currently delivered) 33 A319s. They do not have power points.

So 17 A32x birds out of 60 with power points.
