Quite annoyingly, the request I submitted on 30 JAN has not been actioned and I am told it is "lost".

I will do it again, but I am obviously not at 100 nights this year and I hope it will not be a back and forth of explaining its because of a failure on their side.

Not triggering an email confirmation is a very poor implementation if you need to chase it up.
