Otherwise, I think its unlikely anything at all will happen. The agent I spoke to yesterday, though, said that for TK flights they can credit miles manually, but for other *A partners its not. I don't think the second part is true, but you can cite them the first part :-).
Thank you. I've been trying to make TK fix this, but to no avail...
I prefer not to solve this by phone (since the local office has never been able to help me before, and I don't want to waste money calling the office in Turkey internationally) so I filed the follow-up. TK first responded with the accrual chart, stating my flight was in T class (correct), so I made another reply that T class should credit 50 % miles of the actual distance of 3330 miles (i. e. approx 1665 TK miles instead of 500 that were credited). After 2 weeks, I got an email with feedback satisfaction survey and a day after, reply to my last follow-up, saying that no mistake had been made...
So I am still stuck with 500 miles instead of 1665. Did another follow-up and also contacted TK via FB page...
