Assuming you're flying TK? I am not sure, but as a *A airline the SAA desks may be able to help, as well as the SAA lounge, there should be an international transit desk as well. As long as you've checked in online it's much easier as you just need a BP reprint, assuming you can't get a mobile or pre-printed one.
