I have given up on Conrad Dubai after 3 awful stays i won't go back.
The hotel itself is luxurious, convenient to get around and looks 5 star.

However it's what is going on with management behind the scenes which ruins it.

I won't go into details again and start ranting but to me what makes a 5 star hotel is more than bricks and mortar

When Andreas was GM at Conrad Dubai back in the early years the hotel was ranked 15th on Tripadvisor deserved its high ranking.

Just before Andreas left Conrad Dubai things started to fall apart
