What time was this taken? In thirty years other than 4am have I ever seen the lines this short. As for food this place has been in decline for the past 20 years or so, now that the restaurant closed across the street your screwed here.
i checked the time on the photo. 2:45pm on Feb 4. It will get worse over the next few hours.
