The Millennium Hilton has a better F&B offerings IMO and due to the low redemption rates, you can always book a suite on points to avoid upgrades haggling. Both properties command a great location at a bend at the Chaophraya river with expansive views.

Breakfast time at Flow Restaurant by the river (Diamond benefit) - Millennium Hilton.

I was treated very well here with 100% upgrade rate as a Platinum. In town location is excellent as this is the first property that has direct BTS connection from its lobby floor.

Many SGS fans here that can elaborate on Platinum F&B offerings and experience.

SGS (left) and its proximity to T-21 megamall (right) and Asok BTS Station (lower center). Note also the WSG with the painted blue shapes. Farther, the Sofitel Sukhumvit is the light brown building
