A somewhat related question since I also flying on a mixed ticked (AA & LH) purchased through AA. Any suggestions on the easiest way to get LH miles for the Lufthansa part without losing credit for the AA flights? I know that it won't be many miles, but just a few may keep my existing Miles & More from expiring.
