The SGS is awesome, but you disqualified it because you want significant food during the cocktail hour. You are right, the snacks during the cocktail hour are not at all similar in portion and variety as what you will find at any of the properties with lounges. However the breakfast you will have beats most other properties. And remember that Bangkok is a foodie destination. Get out of the hotel and have amazing dining experiences rather than focus on lounge food. There is no lounge experience which rivals relaxing in the SGS Living Room listening to the Jazz or whatnot as a precursor to the amazing dining you can have in Bangkok outside the hotels.

You want more significant lounge food then I would suggest the MMQP or JWM. Suk57 is nice, but the lounge is less relaxing and more of a boring lounge experience as Marriott would typically provide IMO.
