just took the United Polaris Business from Lima to Houston,
the check-in counter will print another boarding pass, and put a sticker on it, HANAQ VIP Lounge,
and you should be able to get in that HANAQ VIP Lounge near the gate 17.
this lounge is crowded, but there're 2 floors, so you can look around see if there're seats available either first or second floor.
also there're shower rooms at 2nd floor too.
