Again, baffled by the difference between South California and the middle of nowhere Mid West. Yesterday, my good friend at the Wally was working and just allow me to do 4 X $995 MO with all Simon VGCs. Again, she is my friend and they CSRs in those Wallys have from 10 year to 15 year seniority. No memos, everything business as usual. Went to the other Wally in town, and another good CSR with many years seniority had no problem for 2 X $997 MO with split payment.
