Aviator Silver : charged AF on 1/31, have had card since US Airways roll over. No waiving of AF. No offers to downgrade/product change. Only option was given 10k miles (no spend requirements). Said that Reds stay Red and Silvers stay Silver as they are updating their card member benefits are not allowing any changes right now. I asked if there was a manager and he said he was one. I’m happy with the 10k miles, but will call back in a few weeks to see if there’s another opportunity to move to Red.
