How are you phrasing the request? I just chatted again two nights ago and told them I just opened a new Citi American Airlines card with 60k miles after $6k spend. I saw an offer for 75k miles and was wondering if they could match my points to that offer since the card was so new.
Never asked for an offer code or denied the points.
