It seems there is no option anymore to request a physical card online. I usually did because I like to have a backup in case of outages or my phone running out of power (I know I am old-fashioned). It is only possible to print a paper card from the website. So I contacted the chatbot, who did immediately re-direct me to an agent (as always). The agent confirmed they will send me a card. Let's see what happens.
