I am having a similar issue. I purchased a ticket a week ago on LH.com and it showed up as pending on my Amex. Ticket was issued and I have already flown the outbound half of the trip. Now the pending charge has disappeared and no new charge has appeared in its stead. I was counting on this charge to make a spend bonus on the Amex and not sure how to make them charge me. Any ideas?
