l'affaire Pink Teddy, I though I would add some photos as to the location of the T5 Lost Property (Lost and Found) office, given that this is a Dashboard thread.

If it has gone to the T5 office (there is also the main one in T3) then that's just by Domestic Arrivals, at the M&S end, but at the far end of the landside area (most northerly end). If you go via the main UK Border it won't add much to your journey time, just turn right when you get landside and go all the way along. Then take a lift after visiting the office to the top floor for departures.
