Some rather wild guesses here:

Hayden is correct, as is American. The 757-200 is incorrect, however.

Way to wade in and tackle the tough ones, JL! All we need is a bit of touch-up on ASE & HDN as well as that other ski-area and it's particulars. You can do it! ^
