The emphasis on 'Best WesternŽ branded hotel' makes me wonder about SureStay Plus aka SureStay Plus by Best Western, which are by far the cheapest hotels in markets I am looking at. Any idea if they are excluded? I have emailed the BW contact listed on the promotion page.
