I have a travel credit with Delta coming up on expiration in early April that I don't expect I'll be able to use. Are there any hacks to save the value of a credit beyond the expiration date? Booking a ticket with the credit + a credit card then cancelling within 24 hours came to mind, but I'm not sure if the full value of the ticket would go to the card or be split into a cc refund and the same travel credit. Has anyone tried this?
