At least one web site lists take off field length of about 10,000 feet for a 200.
I would imagine the plane wouldn't be fully loaded though (at least fuel wise) considering it's a short hope to HNL from YYJ. OTOH, apparently WardAir had the exclusive cargo contract for Hawaii at that time implying the belly might have been pretty well filled with goods.
