I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago. No suite upgrade (unless I was prepared to take a smoking suite). The restaurant buffet breakfast was excellent and I did not have to give up the 1000 pt welcome amenity. The food selection in the evening was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of a dress code (gym shorts!) and the loud, obnoxious behaviour of some guests (using their phones on speaker mode).
