Are you sure about that? Involuntary reroute onto a non-earning / non-partner carrier would seem to be slam-dunk for ORC.

We're not talking about trying to earn credit for the short LH leg FRA-LHR. We're talking about ORC in the event the OP is involuntarily rerouted off his presumably AA flight (marketed) LHR-JFK.
